NaturALL Fit meals can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months. Once thawed in the refrigerator, we recommend consuming them within 48 hours for the best culinary experience.

What is the best way to heat my meals?
For ultimate convenience, microwave from frozen for 4-6 minutes. For a more 'chef-crafted' finish, you can thaw the meal overnight and heat it in a skillet or oven at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Do I need a subscription to order?
No subscription is required. We offer total flexibility so you can order exactly what you need, when you need it. However, many customers enjoy our recurring delivery options to stay consistent with their fitness goals.

We currently serve the greater South Florida area, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach. Orders over $299 qualify for free delivery directly to your doorstep.
