Shipping, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy

NaturALL Fit LLC prepares premium frozen meal prep from our commercial kitchen in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our goal is to make healthy eating easier, more consistent, and more convenient while maintaining high standards for food safety, quality, and customer experience.

Shipping & Delivery

Florida Delivery Only

NaturALL Fit currently delivers within Florida only. We serve local South Florida customers through direct local delivery and selected extended Florida regions through scheduled regional delivery routes.
Some extended delivery areas may require customer confirmation before dispatch. We plan to expand to additional states in the future, but at this time, orders outside Florida are not available.

Local & Regional Delivery

Delivery availability may vary based on address, route availability, order volume, weather, traffic, third-party delivery availability, and operational capacity.
Local deliveries may be available within South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Extended Florida regions may be served through scheduled delivery routes on selected days.
For addresses more than 50 miles from our Fort Lauderdale kitchen, we recommend confirming the next available regional delivery window before completing your purchase to avoid longer-than-expected delivery timing.

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery may be available on orders of $299 or more within 5 miles of our Fort Lauderdale kitchen.
For orders outside this local free delivery area, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on address, distance, delivery zone, or scheduled route.

Frozen for Quality

NaturALL Fit meals are professionally sealed and frozen to help preserve flavor, texture, and quality.
Meals are delivered frozen and should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Keep meals frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below until ready to heat.

Customer Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, apartment or unit number, gate code, call box number, concierge instructions, phone number, and any special access instructions needed to complete delivery.
NaturALL Fit is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or product condition issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing access information, customer unavailability, building restrictions, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you will not be available to receive your order, please provide clear delivery instructions. Because meals are frozen and perishable, we recommend transferring them to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Windows

Orders are processed according to production schedules, inventory availability, delivery routes, and operational capacity.
You may receive a notification or confirmation with your delivery or pickup window once your order is prepared, packed, or scheduled for delivery.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to route conditions, traffic, weather, third-party delivery availability, or other operational factors.

Pickup Policy

Pickup is available from our Fort Lauderdale kitchen by appointment only.

Please wait for pickup confirmation before coming to the kitchen. Orders must be separated and prepared for pickup by our team in advance.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your meals. Meals are provided frozen and should be placed in a freezer as soon as possible after pickup.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

One-time orders and subscription orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the next scheduled processing, preparation, pickup, or delivery window.
Because our meals are perishable food products and may be prepared, packed, frozen, or scheduled based on operational planning, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has entered preparation, packing, dispatch, or delivery scheduling.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled processing, preparation, pickup, or delivery window.
If a cancellation or change request is received after the cutoff, it may apply to the following subscription cycle.

Perishable Food Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are generally final once an order has been prepared, dispatched, delivered, or picked up.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returned meals after delivery or pickup. This policy helps protect the safety and quality of all customers’ meals.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, missing items, or contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@naturallfit.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We may request additional information to review the issue.
Refunds, credits, replacements, or other resolutions may be offered at NaturALL Fit’s discretion on a case-by-case basis, except where required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
